Judy will come to your home and help you determine the value of your property by using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to find comparable properties, which have sold. She will also show you where you "fit" with other homes currently listed. In other words, she'll help you see how you "stack up" against the competition!
After the listing paperwork is done, the sign goes up. Professional interior and exterior photos will be taken of your home. After your home is input into the MLS, brochures are made. They are then displayed in the info box on your sign, and also inside your home.
An open house is then scheduled, if you so desire. We do suggest the Realtor open house, which is on Mondays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We advertise in the Courier News, where our full color ¼ page ad will feature your home each and every week until it is sold. Your home will also run in the half page South Elgin Examiner Ad every week. Potential buyers will also be able to view pictures and features of your home on our professionally designed web site.
When the perfect buyer arrives, we will direct you to who we feel are the best Real Estate Attorneys in the area.
After the buyer's loan is approved, we will guide you through the closing. A final walk- through will be set, the time and place of closing will be confirmed, and Judy will answer any last minute questions.
