Judy is a proud member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She became a Realtor in 1976 and received her Broker's license in 1979.

Judy was raised on a Kenyon Farm on McLean Blvd. (where Heartland Meadows subdivision is now located). She, her brother Wayne, and parents Ralph and Margaret Seyller lived there from 1950 to 1968. Judy and Wayne attended Willard, Kimball and the then "new" Larkin High School where Wayne graduated in 1964 and Judy in 1965.

Judy is a parishioner of St. Laurence Catholic Church. Judy's mom was active in the Altar and Rosary Sodality and is a member of St. Thomas More. Judy's ad proudly appears in the St. Laurence bulletin each week.

Judy's daughters, Jennine and Jill, graduated from St. Edward Catholic High School, Elgin, in 1988 and 1992. Jill is a graduate of Columbia College, Chicago. Daughter Jennine LoBianco Schabb, husband Tim, and their daughters, live in South Elgin. Daughter Jill LoBianco Bartales, husband Bela, and their daughter live in Chicago. Jill teaches at the college level.

Judy proudly served on the Board of Directors for the South Elgin Chamber of Commerce / SEBA for six years; Judy served on the banner committee, judging local school art for the lovely banners that are hung throughout the village. Judy's sense of community runs deep. She is involved in various fundraising activities in South Elgin. Judy proudly supports the South Elgin Police Department (DARE and other projects as requested); the South Elgin Fire Department, with a donation to the Thermal Imaging Camera fund; Night Out Against Crime (by donating flashlights to the children); the South Elgin Lions Club; the Kiwanis Club; and the VFW. She also hand-delivers thousands of calendars to fellow residents each year.
